#1 When did you start your business, and what inspired you to become a food truck operator?
Smokers Wild started as a competition BBQ team to pay homage to our Grandfather AL in 2012. We immediately made our mark in competitive Q by capturing several awards. Our passion for BBQ inspired us to purchase a food truck and take our eats to the streets serving up top notch award winning BBQ all over Northern California.
#2 What is the most popular dish on your menu, and how is it created?
Loaded Mac 'n Cheese is our most popular creation right now. We take our house made Mac 'n Cheese and pile it high with your choice of our award winning smoked chicken or pulled pork. Then we top w/ BBQ sauce, sour cream & green onions. Truly a heavyweight portion of awesomeness!
#3 What is your favorite part of being a food truck owner?
Nothing in this industry ever gets boring. That is one of the best attributes of this profession. New guests enjoying our food and new scenery everyday....it doesn't get any better! When we open our doors, we work with and meet some of the coolest people around the Capitol City!
